ANYBODY in WESTCHESTER got a Sea Hare?

I've done enough water changes, level raising, light dimming, Tech M Magnesium from Kent, making sure the fish eat everything, All Ive managed to do is arrest the new growth and any spreading. I've nailed down the source, but what I still have won't go away! I bought 1 sea hare that cleaned the hell out of 2 or 3 large rocks then died and nothing grew back yet.
