What do you keep your alkalinity and calcium at?

July 14, almost about 5 months and a half
What do you keep your alkalinity and calcium at?
420 to 450 460 about that ball range, why not sure red sea draw founation kit is not that exact everytime
Do you run Gfo or carbon. If so why? No Gfo or carbon, had a low source of nutrients as low as 10 URL HANNA READer and barely dectectable nitrates, ****ed up yesterday dosed acropower about 2 cupfuls of it, sky rocketed to 15 nitrates and reading 70 something on URL hanna
