As some of you know, I set up 2 small reef tanks in my son's elementary school several months back. The project has been a tremendous success, but as we enter the summer months, we are in desperate need of a small chiller to enable us to keep one system running to act as a legacy from the graduating 5th graders to the younger kids. Last weekend the temp reached over 90 and we took a few losses. So, if any one has a small chiller ( the system is only 20g.) laying around, that they would like to get rid of at a reasonable price please let me know.

Randy

Hey Randy ,
srry i dont have a used chiller on hand ,But why not use a probe chiller if you can use it. (that if you can drill the tank or if its drilled ) I think you can or have one of the expert builders you know make a hanging kits for it ,or they may have them on the market - im sure you can get away with the probe for a 20 gal ,not sure thou .Just a though

If you dont find one used ..Best i can do on a new 1/10th chiller is $325 that will include the shipping cost .

What are you looking to pay? I have a 1/4hp drop-in type chiller F/S. It is a Aqualogic approx. 7 yrs old. It also comes with a new Aqualogic controller as well. It has been sitting for approx two yrs now. I have it on sell in the For Sale/For trade forum for $200.00. I will do better since I need to move it. I am sorry for the loss of your friend. Bill
