The 3rd item on my FS thread is a T5 retro using an Ice Cap 660 ballast already mounted on a 70.5" wooden rack for $130, there's a pic on the thread also. All you need to pickup is four 48" T5 reflectors or I can give you the ones I have which are etched due to salt deposit.
