Im looking for an acrylic tank that will be used for frags. i'd like it at least 36'' in length, width can be whatever, height no higher than 12''. i'd prefer it be drilled but doesnt have to be. If anyone is crafty and can build me one that is guaranteed to not leak or crack for a few years then let me know. also if you can build me a t5ho, vho, or led fixture that'd be cool too. i dont have the time to do this nor the money to just buy a new system. Thank you.

The lighting is a different story. Building yourself a retro or DIY T5, VHO or worse, LED will most likely cost you the same if not more than buying a factory built fixture. When you ultimately add up the cost of ballasts, reflectors, wire harness, endcaps, standoffs, fans, bulbs, & housing, you'll find you spent about as much, possibly more than a new fixture. AND, it won't look as good.
