Ballast, power heads

Hello. I am looking to purchase a ballast to run halides. WIth or withou a reflector and bulbs is fine. I have no specific wattage requirement although it will be running on a 55 gallon tank. I'd imagine that I need at least 200 watts of light. Also, I am looking for maxi jet powerheads for my tank, 1 or two to be added to my red sea wavemaker. Thanks.
