Green Mush on the Loose

I recently addad a Green Mushroom rock with 7 Mushrooms on it three weeks ago. Today i noticed one of the Mushrooms Fell off the rock and is floating around the Sand bed. Everything else looks fine. What shoul i do? Is this Mushroom Dead and should i remove it from the tank or can i reattach it to something? Why would it just fall off?

leave the mushroom alone. Mine have fell off in the past and have reattached to something else.
