Reefer Ratings: (40) Friends: (24) | fishing string mesh mod
ok out of bordom and having a extr pump i decided to mesh mod it with fishing string intertwined around needles and holes turned out nice so far, got first layer done.. plan to do one more and dip it in resin and hang up side down. figure this will still be well balanced and quiter here are a few pumps so far. this is being done to a euroreef rs135 with sedra 3500 have the mesh mod on other pump currently using. not impressed. so gonna try this

got it from bordom and had the string sitting there, had used the fishing string to tie the mesh onto the other wheel, so figured i could laced the needle wheel and it would balance out easier as well as perform the same results

Well 2 Days Later It Has Pulled Out The Same As It Took A Week To Do, Now I Modded The Intake To A Larger Hole, Need To Get A Little Larger Hosing This, Think It Might Defeat The Purpose Of A Larger Venturi Intake If The Airline Isnt Larger
