Yellow Tang Getting Banged Up

What I think this is is the tang keeps squezing between the rocks he even goes on his side to get in to the rocks he enters to the right of the blastos from the front then swims out the back he is not scared just swimming around, see the pic let me know if this could be the problem or there is some rare tang problem

there is lots of room for him to swim he just picks to swim in the front small hole every time he can swim in the back right across the whole tank behind the rocks I may nee to put a rock in the way or remove some sand over there...
