ok took the train up there today.
Show tank in the front is beautiful.
The hard coral/frags tanks, while containing some really nice things, that i would have bought, had WAY to much algae in them for me.
Most of the pieces i was interested in had very small sections that had algae growing on them, one piece had bubble alage. Algae was ALL over the tanks, so i unfortunately didnt buy anything for fear of introducing this into my tank(esp bubble algae)
Yes, i am VERY picky, but what can i say. I feel they need to clean up the tanks a bit.
The owner was very nice.

ok, but that algae is not new, everything has algae on it. i am not putting him or his store down, but i would bet that is not a new outbreak of algae, and looks really far gone to me.
their web site explains the train.

Yeah his tanks has some algae but I believe this tore is by far the best LFS in westchester, I only buy corals from them and their staff is nice and very knowledgeable. Sal also is a great guy he'll try to help you out whenever you need help.
