hi all. since everyone have been posting their tanks, i'll show off mine too. it's my 3 week old 20 gal SPS tank. i had to downgrade from my 55 gal SPS. i went BB, w/ ~20 lbs LR, 1x 175W 10k MH, SCWD, 1x MJ1200, and used my old skimmer (ETSS Evo 500) and Tunze osmolator for top off, Phosban reactor w/ carbon and very little Phosban in it and no fish as of this moment. i also have a few mangroves in the tank. my only concern is that the temp is a little high (81-83). i just added a clip n fan in the sump. i've also just been adding B-ionic. so far everyhting looks great. corals browned out a bit during the transfer but i'm hoping they'll color up soon. comments are welcome. thanks for looking. Nilo, Very nice tank. Are you running any actinic supplements for the halide? That tank looks a lot bigger than a 20g in the close up shot. Good job. -Kris

nilo, that tank look pretty pack already. I see quite a few on the bottom, are you going to leave them there? The water look very clear. Wish I could say the same about my tank. Any closer shots? |
