got to get to Middletown

I have cut a pretty good deal for some MH lights for my new tank, the only problem is the guy is located in middletown NY. Does anyone have any idea how i can get up there? I dont have a car so I'm looking for a public transport option.

There's a bus that goes up the thruway. check port authority info.
