just ordered my new skimmer yesterday for my 200 gallon system ,i narrowed it down to the vertex alpha cone 200 with the vectra automatic skimmer cleaner ,hopefully its as good as all its reviews out there | ||||

naw was never into the cleaning heads, to me it interupts the upward bubble flow, plus im cheap lol i clean my cup weekly anyways

I have been looking at them as well since getting the scoop on them from Noob, but see that Marine Depot lists them as discontinued? Are they discontinuing the model or is it just MD is no longer carrying them? Since they are back-ordered at a lot of sites, wondering if maybe there is a new model about to be launched? Also curious where you ended up ordering from. | ||||

no i think there so backordered that maybe they figured just take it off the site for now ,i got lucky abuddy of mine got the hook for it so mines is shipping out thurs cant wait hopefully it pulls more than my asm g4 , | ||||
