anyone try reef rocks?

Just ordered 30 lbs of reef rock .i noted I wanted shelf rock .has anyone tryied this rock yet ,I'm assuming I have to soak it a few times before i put it in my reef tank I'm not sure if it has phosphates in it .I think with all dry rock soaking is needed ? I'm going to make a frag tower for my frag tank

are reef rocks those blue ones....I just picked up a 7lber to replace a large colony I sold off....I wanted reg fiji, but the wife liked it better and it does look better in the tank. I just rinsed it and placed it in with no noticable difference in water chemistry..but I have 300 gallons volumn....

I bought some from Ultra Corals a sponsor here on the site, but have not done anything with it yet. From what he states it can go directly into the system after a light rinse.
