Pan World Return Pump Repair??? Help.

Hey Folks;
My Pan World W100-PX-X return pump crapped out on me the other day. Thank goodness it happened while I was home, and I happened to have a spare pump on hand. I tried their website. Email not working. Phone not working. Does anyone have any idea where I can send it to be repaired?
