ill go first...
My recipe is as follows:

10 medium shrimp (shelled)
2 bay scallops
2 clams
1 squid (cleaned )
6 cubes mysis (from house GB )
4 cubes cyclopese (from house GB )
2 tablespoons formula 1
4 sheets nori ( soaked )
1-3 cups of tank water (for consistancy )

shrimp, scallops, clams and squid go into food processor (or blender) with 1-2 cups tank water and i use the "chop" button 5x, untill its to the size my inhabitants need, and remaining tank water if nessesary...then i add soaked nori, cyclo, mysis, form 1, and mix.
freeze over night flat on a baking sheet...cut and feed.
i usually melt it down before feeding...

i have a 125G with aprox 15 med fish, ( including the 2 tangs that need veggies in there diet) and this batch will last me at least 3 months feeding 2x daily. OBTW, THIS MIX COST ME $5.64 TO MAKE.
pics...

being a rabbi, dont think he knows anything about cooking...haha
if need be, ill take rabbi's food to my tank (im sure the fish will spit it out venomously) and his will gobble up my fish food...im sure thats wats going to happen

It's very easy to settle this, everyone send me some of their food and I'll feed it to my fish. I'll let you everyone know how my fish like it.

I take tuna with a sesame seed, garlic, salt, pepper and soy sauce rub tossed on a hot grill for 1 one minute on each side. You can add a pinch of lemon if you like. Real simple and real good. I also like a blackened sole with a curried spinach and great northern beans but that is a bit more complicated.
