Neptune apex failure

My neptune apex has started to fail me after 3 years of use. I woke up this morning to like 100 emails related to my temperature and ph. My 1st ph probe is reading 2.0 while my second one is normal. My temperature phrobe either reads 170 degrees or 19 degrees. It causes all of the fails safes to activate. Alarm, email, lights off etc... When I remove power it directs it self for like 15 20 minutes before the problem re occurs.
Has any one had a problem like this?
I plan to call neptune but they are closed today. I expect to have to send my unit in. i will have to find all my timers again to control certain functions.

Have you updated to the latest firmware? Mine was going me errors and that fixed the problem plus the new interface is pretty cool. Hope this helps.

Yes I have been running the the firmware for some time now. I tried re I stalling it but it will not work. I am able to log into my apex from iPhone app and it shows my tank is at 190 degrees with a ph of 1.9. Lol the second ph probe seems to be giving the right reading at 8.10 though

How old are the probes ?? And when was the last time you calibrate the ph???

The ph probes are about six months old. The ph was calibrated last week as I just added a calcium reactor to my system. The temperature probe is as old as the unit and I think those are factory calibrated.

I would still contact Apex and have them remotely access your controller. They might be able to correct the problem. Good luck.
