Opinions on Decor Tanks

Hello Everybody,

I basically have a whole empty wall in my house. Thing is it's not THAT deep. I was looking at these designer fish tanks and am wondering what is your take on them?

I saw this one and it really looks clean and would look SOOOO Clean on my wall. Frame Tank

I also was looking at these column ones. I think that a vertical aquascape would look crazy nice (with Fake Coral of course)

The idea seems neat, but think about cleaning those tanks, esp. the column tank. And what livestock you you intend to keep in them. The range seem very limited with something like that.

Very cool looking stuff, but I agree with RaSooch, what happens when you need to clean it and overall uptake on them.
Good luck with your decision

Totally was thinking about the cleaning process which is why I asked. I know some reefers here have in wall tanks. Care to chime in?

If your looking for a novelty seems cool. If you are looking to get involved in reefing, bad choice. My opinion...

Ditto, I totally agree. It's more of a novelty than a reef tank.
