Reefer Ratings: (4) Friends: (1) | Gracilaria Grow Out Tank
I have been in the middle of turning an unused 24 gal tank into a seahorse (hippo erectus), gracilaria tank and frag tank for my 75 gal. My question is, will I run out of gracilaria in my 24 if I feed it to a kole eye tang in a 75. I was thinking I would clip the algae and feed it to the tang and hopefully the macro will grow fast enough to create a cycle. Im starting to think the tang will eat it all too fast. Also where do I find or how can i make frag racks Zach

What Type Of Frags Do You Plan To Put In There With The Seahorse's ? Type Of Flow ? And What Do You Plan To Feed Them. Id Be More Concerned For The Seahorse Arrangement Then Being Able To Feed Your Tangs

Flow is goiing to be next to nothing. Just a canister return that i will be pointing toward the glass and upward. I have a canister that will be filled with carbon/chemipure and I was thinking the LR with lots of macro and light stocking would be enough of a filter. Frags would be zoas and some mushrooms probably. Possibly some lps depending on the type since i dont want stung seahorses
