How low does your water level drop before it turns on your pump?

you adjust the height of the sensors with zip tie so pretty much where you want it ....

Yeah but how sensitive is the switch? Can it keep the water level stable within 0.25" of the original water level?

I have one as well. very happy with it. double float is well worth the extra protection.

Can anyone comment on the auto top off offered by Spectrapure? It works off of some kind of suction. I know NACL-H2O uses it because they reviewed it on marine depot but that was a couple of years ago.

autotopoff is your best bet. Its the cheapest best product out there and their float switches are the least cloggy. =P

I have the spectrapure auto-top-off with my RO/DI unit - it consists of a low float-valve and a high float-valve.

tunze is a very nice peice....I have the double float from autotopoff.com . I have been using it for over a year now and am pleased with it. You can get the snail guard with it as well..:splitspin..It is very acurate and well within a .25 of an inch.

i used the autotopoff.com double switch unit. It worked great for about 2 years then it stopped working.

I replaced it with litermeter 3. More expensive but much more reliable/safe.
