After 8 years I broke down the old tank and started this one.
It needs some time to grow out now.

Kedd, I notice you no longer have the gorgonian. Did you decide to not put it in the new tank? The frag you gave me 2 years ago is starting to look like mother colony that you gave me the frag originally from, .

NYPD frogman,
It's a 210 with 3 250W DE 10,000k HQI's suplumented with 4 pc actinics and one T-5 actinic.
The HQI bulbs are EVC TECH

The pics are a little dark, one day I will figure out this camera.

The sump is 100gal with a PM Bullet XL skimmer driven by an Iwaki 70RLT
The 2 returns each have their own Iwaki 30 RLT
The 3 seaswirls also each have their own 30 RLT

That is a very nice big tank, kedd. You could tell when your CB butterfly look like a baby on those rocks and corals.. You got a crazy looking system, is all I could say..

Did you say grow out? I see a couple of huge sps in there, already. think the thing you need is to prune some of those down.. hhehe..

I see you didn't mention any in tank circulation.. So all the flow is done by the three ss and returns?

How long is this tank up and running? I see you have sand!!! Good to see the good old sand bed again.. heheh.. Everyone seems like they switching over to BB..

First- Deepwater YES I bought a ticket too, and would love to see your fish store open, good luck.

Stingnyc the CBB is 3 years old from my last tank and eats everything i put in except flake.

The 3 sea horses are also from the old tank, and eat the same as the CBB
Mysis, brine and lots of pods

Ctxmonitor, yes all the flow I have is the 2 returns and the 3 seaswirls.
So 5 Iwaki 30 RLT's however many gallons that is per hour, but the water is really moving.

I Miss the old one, but buying a house was worth it.
I couldn't tell the wife we can't buy a house because I don't want to break down the tank ,it wouldn't have gone over well.

This tank will in game in a few months, it gives me something to strive for.
