I just hookup my Kalkreactor(precison marine).hear this now .I connect it to my reservoir which have my OSMOLATOR (auto topoff)

First, i startd the OSMOLATOR and start to watch it pumping the kalkwasser from the reactor..after looking down my feet were wet...the hoses wasn't connected good..

finally , I notice after the OSMOLATOR shut off it start to reverse the kalkwasser back in the reservoir....is there anything that I can put on the hose to stop the reverse....or the reactor should stop it from doing that...

How much cup of kalkwasser should i put in the reactor? precison marine instruction say 2 to 3 cups....

I am new to this

i have the same reactor.
you need a check valve to keep the kalk from siphoning back into the reservoir.
i just put a couple of teaspoons the first time, and added as needed going forward.

i got mine from marine depot when i ordered my reactor (they have great customer service there, and Joseph told me everything i need with it and put the whole package together for me there (RO Tubing, valves, pump, float switch, etc) and even drew a picture by hand to show me how to set it up.
