Kole Tang Problem

I noticed today that my Kole tang was swimming diffrent so i examined him there is a slice on his midsection from the top to bottom in the middle of his body on both sides about 1 1/2 - 2 inches in lenght I dont know what could of caused this any ideas

NO chance in a mantis i have emeralds its wild the perfectly striaght i can not for the life of me get a pic

If it's striaght on both sides he proably squeezed through the rock causing the injury
