Any idea what is up with them?

The last two orders I have made with them had errors and their voicemail has been full for the last week or so with no response to emails.

I need my replacement cartridges!!!

Are they just on vacation or does anyone know if they are still in business?

I am pretty sure they use standard cartridges so any other suggestions on where to get cartridges for the Oceanus 4 Stage RO/DI is appreciated.

I go my original RO/DI from them several years back, at this point I've changed enough part that is not a ARS ro/di. I get my stuff from this guy and have had no problems with it:

if you look the vendor forum on RC, it looks like the owner is really sick and someone else is helping out filling orders. i remember seeing a number posted there that you can call to get help

I got hold of Bryan at Purely H20... truth be told, his customer service was top notch. I heard from him within 5 minutes of me emailing him. He was extremely helpful. Assuming his supplies are good I am sure I will purchase from him again. BTW, I also saved $21 dollars as his prices were less expensive than ARS!

I hope all is well at ARS, but i so far I can also highly reccomend purelyh20.
