i have never run a skimmer on any of my tanks, but now i am thinking that with the small size of my 15, a skimmer might be a good idea. anyone have a small hang on skimmer they would recommend? i don't want to spend a fortune either :D but i want something that will skim the tank decently :D

I just sold mine for 110, so not necesarrily more expensive for the output? I loved my Remora, so I am just checking in with you guys to see if there was something better than the Remora. I don't have experience with any other HOB skimmer, but did plenty of reading before I acquired the Remora.

Get the largest skimmer you can afford. Bigger, better ,faster, farther, longer, wider..........
This would be too much though!

Yea, I loved that Remora. I had it for months doing nothing after I upgraded my skimmer on my larger 90g. Then two days after I sold it I had a need for it, while I was awaiting another pump for my Deltec skimmer. Funny how things work out.

Great thing about that remora is it's pretty quiet, produces good skimmate, & you don't have to fiddle with it. Just set it & foggetit.
