Sump for a 90 gallon tank

What size sump would be good for a 90 gal tank (RR) Both with a in sump skimmer and built in reefugium and with an outside skimmer? how many baffles will i need and how much space is needed for the reefugium part?
can any one suggest a good sump and where to get it? Also what pump would be good for a 90 gal reef? how many gph's? and does that effect the reefugium, to heavy a flow?

I have this one for sale - it has a small section in the back cut out for a hang on skimmer - this was used on my 92g corner and did it justice. It is a 30g tenacore tank drilled with baffles for fuge and bubbletrap, bulkeads for the drains as well as 2 for external pump return if you like. I personally used a mag 9.5 on my return with this sump and had no problems.
