i just said to myself. i should check the nitrate lvl's to see whats going on. well i checked em and nitrates =0 ppm. then i checked the ammonia jus to be safe and they turned up 0 ppm. looks like chemi pure works. well i think its dat that lowered my nitrates to 0 ppm. just thought everyone would like to no.

yea worked out great.

and also theres no more oily film on the top of the water.

tony scoots did you place it in one of those hagan aqua clear filters or in your sump?

ecfencing i placed it in my hob filter. i think its by aqua clear to. i dont no the brand but thats were i put it. been working out very good. the water was pristine in clarity before i added the carbon and now its amazingly sparkley. (for lack of better words)
