clam help

hey guys i got a crocea clam that isn't opening fully. On the mantle i believe it is pinching or slightly torn. Any ideas on how to help it heal? Maybe a freashwater dip? TIA

my lighting is 250watt mh plus actnics supps on t-5. this is the only clam thats doing this to me!! i have 6 other clams in the tank doing perfectly fine.

Check it's foot. See if it's sunken or has and microscopic pyramid snails or eggs. How long have you had him? If he's new he may be getting stung by neighbors or getting too much light or too little. Did you acclimate him to the light.
