You guys might remember the thread about the Longenose filefish I rescued from the petshop a bit ago. He hasn't eaten since then so out of care for this poor creature I let him loose in my main tank with acro's & monti's I feel his life means more then the monetary value of the coral. Do you think I've gone bonkers or what? He's actually been nipping my digitata so far and I can't tell you how happy it made me (now I know I'm really nuts). Just thought I'd share it with my fellow reefers. Hoping to find someone to relate to but I think I've just went way over the deep end on this one. I'll post some pics of him sleeping in the sps
(just like in the wild) tomorrow.

I think it is very sweet that you put him in your main tank hoping that will save his life. Your corals will grow back - maybe once he's back on track you can give/sell him to someone else.

How is that seaclone working out for you?

Thanks for the info spyro but he doesn't eat sponges so far. Zenfish I've tried that before. Some will even adapt to frozen foods but not this guy he's very refined and only the lower class filefish will eat that garbage food :D LOL
