RBTA Removal

I have/had a large RBTA that recently split off 2 pieces of itself. I want to sell the 2 smaller pieces but not quite sure how to remove them from the rock without harming it. does anyone know how I would go about doing this?

use ice around the base of the anemone. They will usually release.

try a ice pack in a clean plastic bag like the one from the fish store ,It work a bit better last longer then a pc of ice.Also this way nothing melts in your tank ,Just my .02

thanks for the response, I am definatley going to sell the 2 smaller pieces I will get back to you in a week of so. I want to make sure they heal up correctly, and continue to eat. so I do not want them to be any further stressed by moving them right now.
