The PAR results for the bulbs is nice but would be even better if the distance at which the reading was taken otherwise the info is useless.

I understand what you're saying, but the data given above has no useful value if the rest of the equation is missing (Distance the reading was taken from the lamp, ballast and reflector used etc.etc). A single value given doesn't tell you how much the PAR degrades the further away from the lamp you get in the air and in the water all the way down to the sand bed. Color of the light is important because different colors penetrate the water better. IMO there is too much information missing in the data given above for it to actually be useful.
