Just concerned about pest going from one person to the next without knowledge of whats being passed along. Not to mention the headache that comes with trying to get rid of the pests, that one may or may not acquire. Last time Shaun and myself tried to get the information on the pest's out but for the most part it seemed unsuccessful. Just about one person came to check out their frags. Last time we tried this Shaun came prepared with Flatworm Exit and Interceptor pills, ready to treat anything that may have needed it. Sadly none of that stuff got used. I was just thinking, since I'm having reoccuring problems that a lot of us don't take the neccesary measures to keep pests out of our tank(s).
Last time we attempted to set up a station, I think we may have waited a little to late to get things going. I figure if we start now maybe, just maybe, we can raise more awareness about pests. In that case having more people go home happy and staying happy
. I didn't know what any of the pest's were until I brought them home and had them in the tank. I learned the hard way but everyone else doesn't have to.
I'd be more than willing to help set up the "station", if it seems that its going to be worthwhile to do. It'll take at most a few minutes of your time and it would probably one of the best things you could do before going home.
What do you guys/girls think?
