A COOL idea for like basement or cellar

what are the specs on that? what's inside it?

I like the idea of a temperate reef, but the thought of running a chiller 24/7 sends shivers down my back. you would need one cold basement year round.

Yeah- that tank is amazing! I love how the waste water just goes down the drain into the sewage system directly from his sump, which he can cut off from the main system to drain and then fill- what a way to deal with water changes!

actually yeah, if we have a heat wave even our basements might get too warm, but during everything but the summer its below the 70s down there.
i might try the running a line through the dorm fridge i still have. anyone done that? i have no idea how to do it.
