What would be good actinic supplementation?

Hey,

I'm running a XM 10K as most of you guys know. I want some actinic supplements. What are good for this? I only want to run one tube of actinic, don't want to go overly blue because when I change the XM I'll go with a 14K bulb.

Kris I have a ballast that will run 1 VHO, you can have it. Get yourself a couple of endcaps and you're all set.

So there you go, you gonna use VHO Actinic. I was going to suggest using T5, since they last long and many have great success with them.

I spoke to Rich and he told me that I can change out the VHO for 2 T5s in the future. Just need some endcaps and new bulbs and I'm set for t5. Not a bad deal.

ctx, the color of you tank is really nice. I want to achieve coloration similar to that. I'm running the Xm 10k too so, I may be able to achieve something similiar with T5s, but I do plan to go with a 14k when this 10k runs out of juice.
