I've never met Deepwater to date, but from what I gather he is the reef equivalent of what my fraternity reffered to as a "recreational pharmacologist". Just without the whole illicit activity bit. Also the store I work at has a 700gal tank with 2 3' leopards (female) and in the past 2 weeks we acquired a 2 foot bumblebee grouper that eats fish from my hand.

I work for peanuts and crackerjacks:lol_large JKING
I do what i think is best ,Itry to get the best quality corals at low prices so i can sell them at low prices ,over head is to a limit its not like i have no overhead,I still pay for corals ,get them at the airport ,accl in the tanks.bags rubber bands ,filters .some additives ,feed the corals and check to make sure thing are in order ,let not into elec ,main,,price for equpitment ,but i pay for what i have ,If i did open a store.I would try to keep my corals and fish at lower prices. One thing about business ,Dont sit on things. If they dont sel ,Let them go ,Restock with other things.I like fast nickles ,not slow dimes :tongue1:

The GF is by far my most expensive livestock purchase to date, the maintenance is prohibitive. And it just hit me.
wait till you come across a wife! The maintenance cost on those make you want to :banghead:

hi dannyl i'm new too, waiting for my tank (or my LR rather) to cycle. what have you set up? i'm just doing a small 45 FOWLR and a 26 nano.
where did you get your LR from? i am STILL waiting on some live rock from haiti, so there will be delays being cycled for me ;(
