how to save online training video

I have a week acess to online training ..I want to save it how can I save the video...eg..can I import it to save it to a file or a program...

Totally depends on the type of video. There are programs out there that you can select a certain part of the screen and the computer will only save that specific portion as the video runs, but you cannot use the computer while this is happening. There is usually a way around not being able to save something.
