Does anyone within our area such as Lower Westchester or the Bronx know of any schools that might have freshwater tanks? I don't know of any, maybe someone here works within the school district... I am looking to donate some equipment they might be able to use. I don't mind driving it to them. I just don't want to throw it out because it all works(freshwater stuff). Nevermind this thread, my daughter just told me that her school has fish tanks, I had no idea... Last edited by Bikinisalt; 01-02-2008 at 12:04 PM. |

Unfortunately, city schools have moved far away from science over the last decade and in turn labs, animals and such have gone on the wayside. On the positive side though, science is coming back into focus. Im glad to see you found a place to donate the equipment. |
