I was installing an RO/DI unit and I accidentally broke the pipe for the cold water and I have no clue on how to put things together on a sink. I know my wife's going to kill me if she finds waterall over the kitchen floor! So i need help fixing the plumbing. I closed the valve for the cold water so no water can come out.

if it's above the valve (the small one under the sink,) you can just take the whole pipe out and replace it. If you look way up under the sink where the faucet is, there should be a screw connection. Unscrew both the end at the faucet, and the end at the valve, and take it to the hardware store. They'll sell you another one for about $5. (depending on where you go and what size pipe you need)

Then take it home, replace it, and check for leaks.

Mop floor and make wifey dinner.
