They're obscure pop culture references. Art Vandelay is from Seinfeld, Pilot Inspector is the actual name of a celebrity's son..... and Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobots.

ya optimus prime is the only name i knew, i dont watch seinfeld so so much for Art Vandelay and as for Pilot Inspector thank god mommy and/or daddy have alot of money when hes older he can always fix his name
