User CP Attachments

How can i delete my old attachments in my user cp?

user cp> "attachments" on the left menu column.

then check the box on the right, beside the attachment you want to delete.

Scroll down and click "delete selected"

There are three that can't be deleted. No box next to them. I also can no longer access the photo gallery or upload photos to my gallery. I wrote the admin, but got no response.
