Frogs Going Extinct

www.yearofthefrog.org

Frogs may be facing the biggest mass extinction since the dinosaurs.

So sad

Enjoy those frog's legs! (I do....) They all come from bullfrogs, which are not only not facing the severe problems that other frogs face, but are considered an invasive species out west and in other countries. In fact, predation by non-native bullfrog's is considered a major factor in the decline of western frog species. There's an Asian market on Mott st, south of Grand, that sells marinated frog's legs for $5.99/lb...all you have to do is toss them in a pan or wok and they are done in minutes! Last time I added some peanuts, clams, and sliced collard greens...tasted good!
