Yellow Fiji Leather

I'm interested in getting a Yellow Fiji Leather, can i keep one with PC lighting.

Yes you can but color may fade. I believe Alhra is selling one under the classifieds.

I thought about keeping it High up in the tank to get more lighting, yeah, i saw it, that's why i'm asking.

How much lighting on what size tank? Depthwise.

I tried a Yellow Fiji once, a pretty big piece, but it never made it, I guess my lighting didnt cut it and I had it up high in my tank too! You really need some good MH's for that kind of coral to be nice....Its a strange thing that a yellow fiji is a leather and doesnt really do that good under PC's ....

but than again there are some success stories, just like clams under PC's so ya never know....

They prefer lots of light and lots of flow. I wouldn't attempt one under PC's unless you could get a frag from a fellow reefer to try.

Same question, you won't really be able to get reliable advice if you don't state wattage, depth/size of the tank, etc...
