When can I buy a clownfish an anemone? My tank has been running only for 1 week with live rock a liquid called stability. I read I have to wait 4 weeks to buy my first good fishis that true?

You can't get an anemone with the lighting you have. Wait the cycle out, don't buy into that "Stability" liquid stuff. Everyones cycle is different, no given time but 4 weeks seems to be somewhat of a minimum.

Yeah stop using that stability stuff, Cycle or Prime, let it do it naturally.

No Die off occurs when it is exposed to air. Usally in transport.

I agree with nano and chief about letting it run its course naturally.
Also, an anemone should not be added to a new tank until the tank matures for almost a year, and, has the proper lighting.

With the lighting you have now you should be good for just soft corals and some lower light LPS. Far from the light an anemone would need IMHO. The light you have is good for some coral's just not all of them.
