Reefer Ratings: (13) Friends: (2) | another noob with aiptasia
I was scanning my tank with a flashlight and saw a zoo rock with an aiptasia sticking out. Today I filled a 2.5 gallon with tank water and placed the rock into the tank. I've got a maxijet 900 running in the tank. a large aiptasia was taunting me to I cooked him under a lighter. I'm going to leave the rock in the 2.5 gallon tank for a while to quarrantine it. What other equip should I buy tomorrow morning for my new quarantine tank? I was thinking a cheapo HOB filter and some sort of light so the zoos on the rock dont die. Any suggestions? Should I dose any chemicals? Anyone have an aiptasia eater for sale/trade that I can toss into the tank? |
