Fish only? Any light you want even a reg NO light would be fine, if you're thinkin of an anemone for those clowns you're gonna have to beef the lighting up.

i've kept anmone's under PC's w/ no problem, but the tank was well established

Me too, two tanks of anemone under PC's are doing good. One of the tanks have spawned as well.

FYI. Clowns are easy. Any lighting, fairly clean water, no special movement. Anemones are hard (and expensive- maintenance wise, not initial cost). You would need metal halide or strong (2X55W at least) PC lighting, pristine water conditions that often can't be maintained in 10 gallons; a skimmer pretty much becomes a must.
It's good to ask before you buy!
