Plumbing a 120 Reef tank

I am setting up my first reef tank and would like some advice on how I should run the plumbing.
First, here is a list of what I have.

Oceanic 120 Starphire Tank
AGA Mission Stand
MRC Reef sump with Refugium
Sequence “Dart” Water Pump-return pump
MRC 2 Skimmer with Genex PCX 55 pump

The tank has 4 holes drilled in the one large central overflow and comes with 2 Oceanic overflow kits which include the return and drain fittings. The Oceanic kit comes with bulkheads that are meant for soft tubing so I am assuming I would need to replace them for PVC piping

I want all of this to fit in the base(AGA Stand) of the tank and I want to pre pipe with a set of tee's ended at 2 ball valves so an external to the stand chiller can be added in the future if needed.

I hope I've explained my self clearly if not please ask questions. What I am looking for is the best way to do the job the first time and any help will greatly appreciated.

You definately need new bulkheads. I doubt it that you can use sch. 80 so measure the holes and get new sch. 40 bulkheads. You can come over and look at my 120 to get some ideas. LMK
