Question slimy web like stuff

hey i keep noticing this stuff in my tank tht looks lik spider webs. it must be sticky because it gets stuck on stuff like anemone sea hare, snails crabs etc
any ideas what this might be

it could be the wrasse,some fish like wrasse and parrot fish build a slime coat around them at night for protection from predator.
