RO water

sup guyz, i am just wondering how long can we storage RO water in a container with out any powerhead. just RO water. thanks man

I would throw a cheap maxijet in there to create some surface agitation. Keeps it oxygenated. Also keep it covered. Dust settling in there will add impurities to the water.

Hey R,
Question...
If i have a 5 gallon jug (with a cap), of rodi water stored for a while, isn't the only thing gonna change is the pH level?

If you're bucket is capped, and you have a powerhead in there, I wouldn't worry about variations much.

Its a poland spring 5 gallon jug..

cant put a PH in there.

Just make sure you cap the container or bottle.
Leaving it open may allow the introduction of undesired particles.

I wouldn't be too concerned with adding a powerhead.
If its closed, what exchange can occur besides temp.

I store my Rodi in a 20g brute; taking approx 5g every 3 days to refill my tank reservoir.
