Looking good Richie.I like the new aquascape even though it looked fine before.I see the zoos and leather settled in nicely.I'll keep you in mind for the other zoos you wanted.
As for air lifter I have one on my tank for over 3 years with no problem. Just make sure to keep the little nipple on top of the overflow box clean when the coraline algae starts to take over.It will get in there too so just use a toothpick to clean it out.Best of luck

A hippo in a 55? Someone call the tang police.

Also I don't think you should be keeping a whole group of anthias, they are very active and so every individual has a big bioload. Also they like being fed alot which means more wastes.

Grknyer: Thanks! The Zoas are doing great. Thanks for the tip with the lifter. I will keep that in mind.

H20: I know a full grown hippo tang is way too big for a 55g. But what about a small one? oO He's only about 3 inches atm. When he gets bigger I have plans to either sell him off or put him in a 600g display tank located where I work.

Oh yea, H20 thanks for the advice on the anthias. I'm not going to get one or a few anymore. I'm happy with what I have stocked for now. I just want a freaken royal gramma which I can't find anywhere aha.

The rock work now looks much better than before. It looks way less cluttered.

I love grammas, my old one was so interesting to watch but I lost him due to a floor sanding incident And your right, I haven't seen one in My lfs in a while, if ever.

edit: and yes, if you have a future home for the little guy then he should be fine, just remember to give him lots of veggies.
