Best Price on VHO Bulbs?

I need to buy new Actinics, well i dont really need to but i have 2 blues and 2 whites, but i want all blues. I have them installed in my canopy 4 ft bulbs. These bulbs came with the canopy that i got, and then converted to fit my bowfront.

What would you recommend to get, i was on championlighting and i saw different types of actinics. I want the nice deep blue ones for optimal colors to pop on my corals.

Any recommendations on where to purchase and what types of bulbs to get.

Are they 48" or 46.5"?
